In the classroom, basic information on the theory and instruction on some of the simple techniques of Chinese medicine will help you to identify your own patterns and to address those patterns for a longer, healthier life. Here you will find handouts, lectures, videos, and other materials from Chinese medicine classes. You can also access the course syllabus, required text lists, and enrollment information for each class, should you decide to study further.

Go to the kitchen for recipes using common and not-so-common foods and herbs for each season, each organ, and for each of the “substances” of the body. Eventually, we will invite some chefs and herbalists into the kitchen for video demonstrations.
